Frequently asked questions

Why wouldn't I hire freelance web developer?

Great question! The annual cost of a full-time senior web developer / web designer is around £60,000 a year. That's not including equipment, paid holiday, insurance and paid lunch breaks. Find a good web designer is few and far between too!

When you select a monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as and when you need so you're only paying when you need work completed.

What's the limit to how many requests with a subscription

Once you've signed up you can queue as many requests as you like - they will all be completed one by one.

How fast do you complete the work?

Each project has its own timescales which will be communicated beforehand. As I limit the amount of clients I have at one time, this means that I can be much more responsive than the average freelancer. Requests are usually started within 24 hours of adding it to the queue.

How do I request work?

Projects are all managed through Trello. Without the back and forth of emails and having everything in one central area we can be more efficient and organised with projects.
